Jarred Johnstone

Jarred was admitted to practice as a lawyer in Western Australia in 2012.

Jarred’s work primarily involves dispute resolution and litigation in the areas of property law, commercial law, estate planning and family law. Jarred frequently appears in the Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Family Court and Federal Court for directions hearings, pre-trial conferences, special appointments and mediation conferences.

Prior to Jarred’s law career, Jarred was a property valuer and has in excess of seven years’ combined experience in property valuations in Australia and South Africa. Jarred’s valuation experience has given him significant practical insight into understanding real estate and business valuations, balance sheets, financial statements, lease and licence agreements, subdivisions and developments.
